The work I have done for the Black and White Hospitality brand has involved print media for seasonal menus, one off flyers for specials (i.e. cocktail of the month), social media content for facebook and instagram.
Due to the restaurant being on the top floor of Hotel Indigo Cardiff, collateral was also needed to promote the restaurant inside for the hotel guests. For this reason key cards were also designed for the purpose of directing guests to where the restaurant is situated in the hotel.
The equipment and software I would use for creating content such as this would involve using a Nikon D3300 camera and Photoshop CC. Designs would then be sent off to third party printing companies.
Interactive Web Banners
The purpose of these banners was to promote the hotel in readiness for the graduation period in Cardiff. These banners were featured on the website unifresher.co.uk three months prior to graduation season beginning. By advertising on this website it helped target our audience better and enabled recognition in Cardiff as its only boutique hotel, this proved popular with the 21-23 year old age group of graduates wanting to book for their families during this period.

Beaujolais Day Assets
This was an enjoyable project to manage and create new content for. The client wanted a fresh modern content that guests could get excited about and engage with more. From this brief I created images sized for insta and facebook along with an A6 sized flyer to fit within table placeholders. A instagram story was also created, this allowed users to view the content and engage via the book now link embedded into the story. The would direct them to the MPW website booking page.
Bottomless Gin Lunch assets
The aim of this campaign was to promote a new lunch offer within the restaurant bottomless gin. Several types of assets were creates that included an instagram story, Facebook and instagram Ads and also an A6 sized flyer for table placeholders.
